My name is Stephanie Spera. I am a senior history major with an international studies minor who took this class because I wanted to expand my knowledge of the Middle East.
When my hand isn’t cramping from the insane amount of notes I take, I enjoy driving the campus shuttle and eating Taco Bell with my friends–sometimes simultaneously. I am originally from Waterford, Connecticut, where my mom, brother, sister, and ferocious chihuahua-papillon mix hold up the fort while I’m away at school. I am planning to attend SUNY Plattsburgh for graduate school with the hopes of becoming a family therapist. If that doesn’t work out, I have also considered studying American Security Policy (which is another reason I am interested in the Middle East), or moving back down to Disney to spend the rest of my life eating Dole-Whips with Donald Duck at the Happiest Place on Earth.
